  I lost my puppy suddenly at noon today to the Canine Distemper Virus and was devastated; I had never had to cremate a pet before, but Donna walked my brother—who then walked my mother and I—through it via phone call and allowed us to book a rush appointment for three hours later.
  
  When we arrived to their home, Mike met us and explained to us the process and allowed me to say goodbye to him before he was placed into the machine. He also honored my request to not process the cremains before returning them to me. He was very tender and mild-mannered when talking to us.
  
  The kindness, patience, and understanding that Glory Bound showed my family, Nibbler, and I was very soothing and made this incredibly difficult experience easier for us. I both love and miss Nibbler more than anything I have ever loved or missed in my life, but it eases me somewhat to know that Nibbler, even in death, was treated with respect in their hands.
